Coaching programmes - How does it work?

A coaching programme with me covers some core topics and areas, but with space to tailor to the needs of the individual.

 

The topics that many clients are drawn to include:

•        Confidence

•        Networking

•        How to self promote without showing off and being THAT person

•        Political ‘savviness’

•        Executive presence

•        Imposter syndrome/ The inner critic/mind monkeys/gremlins/ Going beyond your comfort zone.


A programme is not a tick box of topics, but the flow usually looks something like this.

So how this often works within a package is as follows

Programmes - How much are they?

Classic Programme:
8 sessions £1500

In between sessions I’m available by email and WhatsApp within 48 hours so you are fully supported throughout. And so that you can celebrate your achievements with someone as they happen.

Gold Programme:
12 sessions £2,150

The gold programme is an opportunity to go even deeper into the learning and techniques and be supported over a longer period.


As with the Silver programme, between sessions I’m available by email and WhatsApp so you are fully supported throughout. And so that you can celebrate your achievements as they happen. However, Gold access means a response within 24 hours/one working day.


The outcomes my clients gain from 1:1 coaching are outstanding. Some clients have got their dream job. Others have learned how to have the conversations to ask for what they want at home and in the workplace – and then achieve it.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching – £795 for 8 sessions
Small Group, Big Results

Over 8 sessions, the group will explore the following topics (or topics decided by the group), supported and coached by me.  The aim by the end of the programme is to have learned what those less experienced people are doing to get noticed and how to do it yourself without being seen as a show off or bigging yourself up.
 

1 – Intro session: get to know each other and discuss what outcomes each person is looking for.  How did we get here and where would we like to be.  We will also talk Comfort Zones - How comfortable are you at work? When did you last not know what to do?
 

2 – Exploring our strengths.  In order to learn how to move further, we need to see our own strengths and understand what it is about those that is important to us and are we using them.
 

3 – Recognising your achievements  - What's important for progression at work is making your achievements and contributions visible, so people know what you are doing.  How comfortable are you with that? 
 

4 – Self promotion and talking about your achievements - How comfortable are you to talk about your achievements to other people? This will be a practical session that you can put into practice immediately.  it's also a good check in point and consolidation point.

5 - Where do you want to go and what would it take to make it happen? - About understanding who needs to know about you, what do they need to know (how is your brand?) and putting together your positioning statement (also known as the elevator pitch). 


6 – Important conversations -  After reviewing your elevator pitch, we will look at those important conversations. What is getting in your way? To make changes, we have to have important conversations. But we put them off… because they are uncomfortable. Not any more!


7 – Reviewing your plan and progress - A review of progress and crafting a plan to take forward the actions and learning.  Looking at the actions you need to take, what can help you and what might get in the way...

8 - Review, consolidate and wrap up - create the next steps together.


As part of the group, as well as 6x2hr sessions, the group will have a private Whatsapp group where we can share progress and achievements or can ask for more support.
