"It's never too late to be what you might have been"

​"Becoming what you might have been" is a 1:1 tailored coaching programme to help you navigate back to what you might have been.

It is for women who feel frustrated, disappointed and even resentful that their career has not progressed since having a family. Women who fear they have missed the boat, and want to get back on track, but don't know how to get noticed again at work or how to achieve a fairer balance at home.

Women who want to get back to what they thought their life might have been, but don’t know where to start.  Women like you.  And like me a few years ago.

How does it work?

We look at the main pillars of your life – Your Self, Your Work and Your Family – so we can determine what success would mean for you.


I will work with you with multiple tools to uncover and map out your path to success, through your values, your strengths and your key working styles and energy.  We are all unique. It's about what would be the career and life that is right for you.

This will take about 6 months.  The first three months focuses on the self awareness and goal setting, while the second phase is about prioritising barriers and learning to navigate them.

We will then use these to create your plan to unwrap your full potential and move forward in the career and life you always deserved, the career and life you thought you would have before you had a family.  While maintaining your family and work in a fairer balance.
