Trying to work all this out alone is hard

You think you should be able to manage this, right?

(At least now you know WHY you didn’t find it easy to write that monthly report or do your expenses)

And it feels like it is getting harder!

You thought it would get easier after diagnosis.  it feels like it's getting worse! ​

  • Losing patience with loved ones

  • Mood swings

  • Procrastinating or struggling to start tasks

  • Losing things

  • Worried that it’s going to go wrong at work (or it already has)

  • Feeling like just giving up on the juggle as it all feels too hard

I get it. You've tried everything

  • ​All those planners that last a week

  • Those ‘perfect’ habits then then don’t stick because something else comes along

  • Another cycle of 100 miles an hour then bust

  • Learned all you can about ADHD (shiny new interest!) but somehow those TikTok influencers talking about their ‘superpower’ just make you feel worse

  • You just want to be able to live calmly at a pace you can sustain, without the continuous stress and worry

What works for someone else isn't necessarily going to work for you

  • Someone to help you work out what works for you – without telling you what to do. ​​

  • Someone who will flex their support to what you need and want to achieve, not some cookie cutter format.​​

Coaching is not about giving you a solution.  It’s about helping you identify YOUR solutions.​

​​

And ADHD coaching combines that with a backdrop of psycho education about ADHD to give you frameworks to build those solutions around.

Coaching won't make that monthly report interesting.  But it can help you work out what will motivate you to do it.  And how to recognise the achievement when you do.

About Me

My name is Paula Sheridan

I trained as a coach several years before I was diagnosed with ADHD. And suddenly it all made sense! 

I know what it is like to feel like you don't quite fit what is expected of you at work... but not knowing why or what to do about it. 

I know what it is like to find some things so easy (crises when everyone else is panicing) but to struggle with the simplest things others seem to find so easy. 

So I have combined my coach training with additional specialist ADHD education and ADHD coach training to become a specialist ADHD coach.

I offer a variety of packages and ways to access coaching services.

All packages and sessions can be paid securely in advance by credit card

Sessions are 60-75 minutes and delivered online.
